Community members and implementers:

If you have code you'd like to contribute, we need to know about it! In
order for your code to be considered for inclusion in the v3.0 release, the
following deadlines must be met:

By Friday, August 24, please send an email to the TALK list outlining your
proposed contribution. Please structure your email according to the new
functionality proposal checklist available on the project wiki (
http://wiki.collectionspace.org/display/collectionspace/Code+Contribution+-+New+Functionality+Proposal+Checklist
).

If you have already proposed a contribution, please send a reminder email
to the list pointing us to your documentation.

By Friday, August 31, all code must be available for the project team to
review. All review requests must be submitted to the WORK list with a link
to the wiki page(s) for any API docs, and either a pull request, or link to
a publicly accessible repo for the code.

We know there's a lot of good stuff out there, and we want to make sure
that we have time to review, integrate, and test it before the v3.0 release
at the end of September.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Megan
