Fred works tirelessly to assist boaters who are traveling the NY canal system. He sends out up-dates and weather reports that concern the locks and floods in the area and keeps us all informed about changes in locking times and other things that are important for boaters. He also has assisted by sending information to Skipper Bob and Ted Stehle for the Skipper Bob guide “Cruising the NY Canals”. Thank you Fred for all you do and have done to help your fellow boater through out your boating years.
