A few weeks ago, I was asked to take a new set of photos of the N8GA (formerly N8ZM) Flatfoot Contest site, so on the morning of Sept. 3rd, Ed Fix flew me up there and John Ackerman rode with us to enjoy the fun. I took several hundred photos, and have shared a few of my favorites at www.dropbox.com/sh/pke10c1q0cvcvst/AACsmQmpfTnIk-D-Iniz67Moa?dl=0 Daun Yeagley shared our flight path with us, which you can see in the last three images. The drunken sailor etch-a-sketch type image is us making SEVERAL loops around the contest site! The return flight shows a couple loops. The first is around Bruce Lundy's (AKA TOB) current home, where we lived from grade school until just after high school. I thought we circled it more than once, but apparently not. In the 2nd loops, we were trying to find John's home in Oakwood. He managed to snag a cellphone shot of it. I apparently missed it by only a second or two. Whoever eventually puts together the next "Anomalous Propagation" newsletter is welcome to use any of these photos. John has already used some of them on the new http://n8ga.org website he created.
