The city of Hampton, situated at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay, is a natural stop for sailors headed to Florida, the Bahamas and points south. There is now more reason than ever for cruisers to plan a layover there! Based from the city’s downtown public marina, this event will be filled with cruising-related educational seminars, entertainment by local bands, tours of area attractions and great food provided by Hampton’s finest restaurants. Hampton and New Bern would both be great places for folks who attended the Annapolis Shows, SSCA Annapolis Gam, MTOA Northern, or Krogen Rendezvous to rally as they migrate south.
