Any one has any info on the 26' Tom-Cat by C-Dory? I am a current member of
the CGAUX but have not owned a boat for quite a few years.
Looking to get back in!
Power-cats seem to be the best for me.
Any info in the range of 24' to 28' would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

Here are a few discussions regarding the new 25' C-Dory Tom Cat. They should
have the first 25' Tom Cat finished this month, projected cost with twin
135's is $105,000.

Add this site to the C-Dory TomCat list:

I can understand why C-Dory has taken the tack it has with the new
model but I sure liked the look of the original.

The original TomCat built by C-Dory was a 24-footer. The new model
will be a 25-footer.

There is an informative discussion at the C-Dory Owners Group on the
TomCat 24 and TomCat 25 starting at
I've been looking for a trailerable power catamaran to use as a
coastal and inland cruiser. Here are the reasons I suspect the TomCat
24 might be the ideal pocket cruiser under 25 feet and under $100K:
--It looks good.
--It's small yet spacious, and relatively inexpensive.
--It's trailerable.
--It won't roll, and provides a stable, smooth ride in cruising conditions.
--It has a nice turn of speed.
--It's unsinkable.
--It has an enclosed head.
--The berth lies athwartships.
Any info in the range of 24' to 28' would be appreciated.
Here are other power catamarans under 30 feet suitable for cruising:

This is by no means the complete list but a good starting point for
those in the hunt for a smaller power catamaran.
