Is anyone aware of a requirement that a municipality, either through law enforcement or code enforcement, conduct random and periodic inspections on medical marijuana businesses? Apparently, at a DEQ Seminar, that information was conveyed to one of our law enforcement officers. This is apparently in addition to the C.O. that the City issues before the business opens.
I've reviewed the OMMA Rules and it appears they are the body that is charged with conducting yearly inspections, but maybe I missed something somewhere else? Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks!
