All,
We are having an Onsite career fair here in Denver in the Blue Mesa Conference Room on Thursday, August 21st! This will be a very exciting event for us and encourage all of you to let your network know as well as refer quality candidates for our open positions. The job fair flyer is attached and the Referral Policy is below. Thanks for your help and we look forward to a great event.

Referral Program
Employees can refer qualified candidates by having the candidate list the referrer on their application. A referral bonus will not be paid unless this information is in the system. If the candidate is hired, the referring employee will be eligible for a $1,000 bonus payment. Bonus payments, less applicable taxes, will be processed in two installments; one half after ninety days of employment is completed and the balance, if and when, nine months of employment are completed. Upon completion of the applicable employment periods, referral bonuses will be processed and paid as soon as is administratively possible and are paid only if both the newly hired employee and referring employee are still employed by the Company and the newly hired employee has not received any documented corrective action. Both the newly hired employees and the referring individual must be employed for the bonus payment to occur.

Employees in the Human Resources Department, those participating on Leadership Teams and the position’s Hiring Manager are not eligible to receive referral bonuses. Please see the
