New Jersey Marina

In spite of the wreckage on the Jersey Shore, at least one marina is still
available.

That's Hoffman's Marina in the Mannesquan Inlet.  It's only 2-3 miles from
the worst of the destruction, and when I asked if they will have space for
transients this spring, he writes:

"Most certainly. Plenty of transient slips and gas and diesel fuel. "

Looks like it will NOT be necessary to run all of NJ in one shot on the
outside after all.

In our survey of marinas we're actually finding the "future" to be very
bright. As for the inlets, Great Egg Harbor, Barnegat, Manasquan are clear
but access to the NJ Intracoastal is blocked. We plan to provide regular
updates right into the cruising season so you may want to visit our site.
