The 2014 South Sound Sustainability Expo is coming up!

Save the Date:
10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2014
Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center

The 7th Annual South Sound Sustainability Expohttp://southsoundsustainabilityexpo.org/ is a place to discover services and products from companies, organizations and agencies in our region that address sustainability needs in our community. Expo participants will learn about a variety of local goods and services, including transportation alternatives, green construction, energy conservation, waste minimization and recycling, alternative energy sources, global climate change initiatives, and how to be economically efficient while being sustainable.

Exciting features this year include lots of activities encouraging families to create and explore together, a collection of short films focusing on various aspects of sustainable communities, and a mini farmers market with local sustainably-produced food and handicrafts.

There is no charge for public attendance.
