Good afternoon, Thank you for all you do to make our community a great place to live and call home. I recently had the privilege to face time with a family looking to purchase a home in our community. They asked a lot of questions around our culture. Who we are as a community. Over the years, you have defined us. As a result, we are a community with a culture that is the benchmark for many other communities. We are asking for your valued input. You will be receiving an opportunity to participate in a Special Called meeting Wednesday June 30th. The purpose of this meeting is to amend the bylaws regarding the number of board members. Over the years we have operated effectively with a 3 member board. On March 19, 2021, we asked for your voice regarding how we are showing up as a 3 member board. Your support validated to continue with a 3 member board. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to have their voice heard, we are sending out an absentee ballot through the mail. The meeting information is included in the packet you will receive soon. I have included details below. These absentee ballots are being mailed to LR HOA members today. One vote per household is permitted. Wildwood Management must receive the votes before 5:00 pm, June 30, 2021 to be counted.
