At each Annual Meeting of our community, we need a quorum of 25% of the homeowners to conduct normal business operations. That is why it’s so important to sign the DocuSign sent to your email TODAY (The original E-mail was sent on Nov 20th with reminders sent on November 25th and Nov 27th) if you will not be attending the remote meeting. The proxy will only signify the representation of your lot for the 25% quorum. By checking the “Limited Powers” box, you can be counted in the quorum. It will NOT be used for any voting purposes, but you still need to nominate someone as your representative in writing. It can be any homeowner but Chris Bodiford, your HOA President, has offered to be your default proxy. His Lot# is 8-4. This was so much easier before COVID because we would always have great attendance at the Annual Meeting, but now this is a new world and we have to find ways to navigate outside the box. So, please make every effort to allow our community to run as it should by DocuSigning your proxy. This is basically a community attendance count. The Docusign Emails were sent to you via DocuSign from our management company PropVivo from Della Steward. All ballots must be emailed (at this point) to be received by November 29th at 5:00P. HOW to VOTE for HOA Candidates (choose only ONE delivery system, ONE vote per household, ONLY FIRST ballot received from each household will be counted): All ballots must be received by Nov 29th at 5:00P. Fall Leaves Fell Quickly This Year If you notice dead leaves clogging the storm drains near your home, please remove the leaves from the area to avoid rain fall overflows.
