Dearlocal artists, The98404 Little Free Library project is looking for seven artists to partner withus to place art in the East Tacoma community. We are a grant-funded project building 16-30 little libraries for the communityand are looking for student, hobbyist, and professionalartists to paint the libraries before they are installed. Each selected artistwill be paid $150.00 by personal check upon completion and return of thelibrary. Artists will supply their own materials. Medium preferences areexterior latex paint and/or aerosol paint. Other mediums will be consideredwith evidence of durability. Donations of exterior latex paint and aerosol willbe requested so there is a possibility of shared resources. Each selectedartist will be provided with a fully built and primed library.
