Fill the hole with a mixture of around 79% nitrogen and 21% oxygen... in other words air. Filling it with epoxy has way more potential to cause problems than leaving it alone.

Good point, thanks. On the other hand, one of the electrolytic capacitors'
plated through holes is only attached to the pcb on one side now, so I may
have to compromise.
