I posed this inquiry about a year ago, and I have "misplaced" all of my research on it. Where do I start if I want to de-annex municipal property? Thanks in advance.

I think it is 11 O.S. 21-110.  I have a Town that de-annexed some property at the request of the property owner and they immediately regretted it.  I think it raised some problems for the franchise holders as well.
