This weekend is the 14th Rocky Mountain Challenge. It is the premier U19 tournament west of the Mississippi on our own backyard.
We have always been great stewards of rugby in the community and this is a great way to show how strong the Harlequins really are by volunteering for the unions youth tournament.

Please respond asap if you are able to help out on any of these days.

I would like to see at least 5 guys on each day, 
Friday @ 10:00, Sat @9:00 AM Sun @8:00
Bobo and the tournament hosts will provide food all 3 days, you'll get a shirt and if you help break down on Sunday, they'll provide Burgers and beer at the Frontier across Colfax.

All,

Here is the schedule for this weekend. If you volunteer for any day, there is no requirement to stay the entire time but as long as possible would be appreciated.
* Friday June 13, 2014 - Set Up at the pitch - all day 8-6pm  :Dan Rosenfeld, Zane
* Saturday June 14, 2014- help during the tournament - all day 8-6pm  : Dan Rosenfeld, Burns, Stephan
* Sunday June 15, 2014- help during the tournament - all day 8-3pm
* Sunday June 15, 2014 - help with take down 4pm-7pm.
We currently have only 4 people signed up to help and none on sunday. Of the days Sunday after 4 is when they need the most help taking down the tents.
I have done for years and at times was one of only 4 guys total.

Please let me know if you can help out.  We have over 200 people on this email list. I am certain we can get a few more guys to help out..
