VIRTUAL GATOR FITNESS CHALLENGE (through day 2 of week 5) and HAPPY EARTH
DAY!:

We got off to a great start this week with over 40 hours logged on Monday
and I'm guessing there will be some additional Tuesday updates coming!

Happy Earth Day!  Be sure to get outside for at least a little today and
enjoy the sunshine!  And follow coach Logan Washburn's advice as posted in
today's Training Peaks workout...

"Description: Today is Earth Day! Try to get out and enjoy nature and
appreciate it.  Pick a loop around your home and get out for 1 hour. Run,
walk, or do a combo of the two... get out of the house and enjoy!  While
you are out, try to find these 8 things:

• A bird in the sky

• A bird on the ground or in a tree

• A flowering tree or bush

• A dandelion

• A squirrel

• A unique colored-rock

• An animal-shaped cloud

• Someone else riding a bike or running"

And when you report in with your workouts for today, let us know how many
you and your family found!
