It includes $49 sprint triathlons/duathlons, $59 Olympic triathlons/duathlons, and $89 Half Ironman triathlons/duathlons; these are less than half of what you'd typically pay for similar events. The Piranha race series is the one that offers the "Greater Atlantic Club Challenge" in which we placed #3 in 2015 despite fairly low participation levels compared to other leading clubs, so any participation will also assist our club's standing (all race finishers are awarded points for the club). This is an event that I learned about over the weekend. It's being promoted as an alternative to the Broad Street Run (which is 3 weeks earlier). The 10 mile single loop course is through the King of Prussia area. There is also a team competition. I've also learned of a "Buy One, Get One Free" offer that expires on 12/31/15. I just registered my son, Josh, and myself for the 10 miler for a grand total of $38.00 (regular price with fees was $74.20)... Not bad for 2 entries into a 10 mile race!
