Greeting Artists, Time to think about this year’s Poster Contest for the Proctor Art Fest, held the first Saturday in August. I am attaching a PDF which should explain how to enter this contest. Most important points are that all media are welcome, entry is online only, and the deadline for entry is April 15, 2019, and only one entry per artist.
