Dear CITASA Colleagues,

You have been selected to participate in a web-based survey to assess the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) and how this use relates to stress and health among employed adults 19 and older. Your help in this study is important to help us understand how technology can positively or negatively affect the health and well-being of individuals who use technology in their jobs. The survey should only take you approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Your participation is entirely voluntary; none of your responses can be traced back to you. The survey is being conducted by doctoral students in the Departments of Sociology and Health Services Administration and the School of Public Health as partial fulfillment of course requirements at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. We would greatly appreciate your taking the time necessary to complete the online survey.

It would also be helpful to the success of this study if you would consider FORWARDING THIS EMAIL TO OTHER PEOPLE IN YOUR SOCIAL NETWORKS so that they could potentially participate in this study. To take the survey, click on the link below.
