I think it is brilliant!  It could be used here in the BVI in most of our
weather as Drake Channel is quite protected, and it was designed by someone
who hasn't come from the school of trailer-trash design like most "houseboat"
designers seem to have.

I chose the boat on which I live because it has all household sized appliances
and spaces; 22 cu ft fridge, full sized washer and dryer, 30" wall oven, 7'2"
headroom through out, separate dining room with seating for eight, real queen
mattresses, etc.  Were I coastal US on the Intracoastal, or up in the PNW, I
would have one of Rod's cottages in a heartbeat.  I don't need to go out and
beat myself up anymore - I've got over 100k miles offshore - and like living
"ON" the water.  I also have the patience to wait for the weather I want.

Good on ya, mate!
