Small municipality is getting slammed by open records requests by an
aggrieved local that is simply trying to make the city's staff miserable.
Most recently she has requested "Any and all code
enforcement activities/permits/violations/inspections/records
for....[insert address]" and "All maintenance, work order, installation,
replacement records associated with locations, businesses, structures,
private parties, municipal officials, et al." Those are two requests from *one
*submitted form.
The municipality does not have a search/research fee which is authorized by
51 O.S. 24A.5, and I think it absolutely needs it. So I was wondering what
other municipalities have charged as a "reasonable fee" or how it has been
calculated?
