*Announcing the 2023 Proctor Arts Fest Poster Contest * *Enter by May 1st for a Chance to Win $500 and Other Prizes* The Proctor Arts Fest Committee invites local artists and community members to submit original artwork to the 2020 Proctor Arts Fest Poster Contest. All media are accepted, except computer generated art. Submissions will be judged by a committee of local artists and Proctor Business District Association members. The winning entry may be reproduced on posters, T-shirts, social media posts, and other marketing pieces to promote and finance Proctor Arts Fest. The artist will own the original piece and may offer their work for sale while on display. The winning artist will receive a $500 cash prize.
