Tri Club: Workout Schedule for May 26-31

Gators,
Following is this week's training schedule.  Note that the weather may factor into all of our planned outdoor workouts, so stay tuned to Facebook for any changes...

Tuesday, 5/26 (TODAY), 6:15pm-8pm, cycling followed by running: Meet at the Reynolds Dog Park for a prompt 6:15pm departure.  We'll ride to the Pawling Rd. lot and complete bike intervals then return to the dog  park... Total duration: 60 minutes.  Then we'll have an "at your own pace" 30 minute brick run.  Don M will lead the workout. Wednesday, 5/27: The usual Tri Swim classes... 10am-11am led by Don S and
8:30pm-9:30pm led by Maribeth.
Thursday, 5/28: Bike ride led by Byron.  Stay tuned to Facebook for ride start time and location.
Saturday, 5/30: Bike ride followed by brick run.  Details coming soon!... Stay tuned to Facebook for details.Sunday, 5/31: Independence Triathlon.  Lots of Gators participating.  I am planning to attend as a spectator and will also put up our club tent/banner.  If you are not racing and would like to join me, please let me know.  Also, I'm planning to complete a 2:00 run there afterwards (good practice for Steelman and Quakerman)... Let me know if you'd like to join me for an "at your own pace" run and I can provide course maps.
See you sometime this week (like maybe tonight?)!

Gators,One workout I neglected to include... Maribeth will also be leading "Yoga for Triathletes" tonight at 8:30pm at the Y... And there is sufficient time to get from the bike/run workout to the yoga workout if you would like to complete both.

Tuesday, 6/2, 6:15pm-8pm, cycling followed by running: Meet at the Reynolds Dog Park for a prompt 6:15pm departure.  We'll ride to the Pawling Rd. lot and complete bike intervals then return to the dog  park... Total duration: 60 minutes.  Then we'll have an "at your own pace" 30 minute brick run.  Don M will lead the workout. This is a great workout to join even if it's your first time... The entire ride/run is "at your own pace" and because of the way that Michelle designed it, you will see your teammates along the way regardless of how fast you are moving.Thursday, 6/4: Bike ride led by Byron.  Stay tuned to Facebook for ride start time and location.
Saturday, 6/6: "Members Choice" workout... French Creek bike (Steelman course prevfiew) vs. Blue Marsh OWS/bike... If you plan to participate, get your vote in on Facebook!  Decision to be communicated by Thursday.
