*Vancouver Arts and Music Festival* <https://www.vancouverartsandmusicfestival.com/> Whether you're new to showing your art or a seasoned professional, all are invited to enter works for consideration at the *Vancouver Arts and Music Festival's Art Exhibit*. Accepted works will be on exhibit for the duration of the Festival, Aug 1-3 with a reception and awards ceremony on August 3. The festival is entirely free for visitors and is located in Vancouver's beautiful Esther Short Park. The Art Exhibit will be housed in the Hilton adjacent to the park. This year's festival is expected to draw a large crowd with evening performances by internationally recognized musicians such as Reneé Fleming, Mark and Maggie O’Connor, and Sharon Isbin. Local performers and artists are celebrated throughout the multi-day festival, including through the Juried Arts Exhibit. Rather than a standard model of skill or technique based jurying, we're taking a values-based approach. We're embracing work of all styles, techniques, and mediums and looking for works that celebrate the themes of collaboration, inclusivity and community.
