[Re-sending my message from last week that was all garbled by the list - Jeff] For those of you who haven’t heard, the draft WIOA regulations that were expected to be released this month have been delayed until an unspecified time in the the spring of 2015: "WIOA establishes an aggressive timeframe for the Departments of Labor and Education to publish a set of regulations for implementation. The Departments continue to work diligently together to develop these regulations, informed in part by outreach to outside stakeholders, as appropriate.
