for anyone who has not had their fill of Marbled Godwit, live or in photos, here’s an album of shots from this morning (8/8) https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjA2hka .  Worth a trip down and worth the patience; falling tide seems best, about two hours after high tide at Milford Harbor. eBird report here https://ebird.org/checklist/S116566133

Sorry I never saw who found this bird, but great spotting and thanks whoever it was.

Really great images, Chris. I just went and saw it but you were obviously a lot closer than I was. I may have to try again, although my next opportunity won’t be until Thursday by which time it will doubtlessly have moved on!
