Bryan,

I was waiting for an expert to provide the info I was looking for and you
seem to be that person.

Since I had heard, no internet search, just word of mouth, that; *you can't
pee in a toilet on a boat, but you can pee over the side! I have heard you
can't use a porta potty or a natures head type of toilet. They don't allow
Type 1 USCG Approve sanitation devices. *

But since you must have some other, much better, way to glean the
information, please impart it to me.

How do you cruise the NDZ's of this country and deal with the daily bodily
functions we must deal with, without having your boat impounded or being
fined?

I will admit that I am probably being a little over cautious but better to
be prepared for the inevitable potty check than to be left footed.

Since the average Florida boat is over 93 yo, does that mean I have to wait
until I'm that old to boat in Florida? I'd hate to be responsible for
lowering the average!

And that Cuban pirate thing has me rethinking the Loop trip. I mean the
info is coming from a trusted source that I saw on the internet!!!

In closing, it's back to the drawing board, or potty, whichever comes
first, to find the answers to these pressing questions, without using the
internet of course. ;>

Best regards,

Charles
