The City of Atoka, Oklahoma recently received an Open Records Request from a "concerned" citizen for a list of City Employees and their Salaries.  The Clerk tells me in the past they have responded with a first initial, last name, and a salary range.  In my reading of the statute, I'm not sure that a salary range is responsive to their request.

I would be interested in knowing how others have dealt with this situation.

Ours is requested annually and published in the paper - name, department, position, and salary (not a range).
