this is pretty close to your spec....http://mecat.com/power/powerspecs.htm
doesn't carry as much fuel as your spec but with 5+ nmpg <9 knots (http://mecat.com/power/powerspecs.htm),  you'll get the range, we'll see if real world figues stack up, but that's measured data, not projections.  might have to slow down when working in real seas.  Not a proven Nordy, but their sailboats have an excellent reputation for build quality.

looks like there is a flybridge option, not sure if you spec'd smaller hp diesels would help range or not.  maybe a bit of weight savings could be converted in increased fuel carriage.  As some else suggested, with a water maker you could carry less water and more fuel.
