Reminder thst the August meeting will be the picnic, election of officers and RF measurement event instead of the normal meeting at MCL. The picnic is August 12 at Daun's house. If you have never been there and need directions let me know and I will send you the details. The event will start around 11 AM, bring a side dish or dessert for about 6 people. Burgers and brats and drinks courtesy of MVUS. If you want any testing done, contact N8ZM at n8zm@mvus.org. He needs to know what you want to test and the frequency range. Preamps, antennas, power amps. SWR bridges, whatever. Just let him know so we can have the right test gear available. Adapters for anything other than N, PL259, or SMA would be helpful.
