Due to a transcription error carried over from last year's ballot, a proposed amendment to the Vuecrest by-laws was incorrect in the annual meeting mailing. The version printed was: If approved by Association membership, a Cash Reserve Account shall not exceed five percent of the current year Operating Budget amount. The Board of Directors shall notify members of the Association prior to disbursing any funds from the Reserve Account. The correct version is: If approved by Association membership, a Cash Reserve Account may be maintained within the budget. The amount maintained in the Cash Reserve Account shall not exceed five percent of the current year Operating Budget amount.
