Just to expand on Bob Austin's comments... I had Kurt Hughes design a 50 foot power cat that my son and I were going to build... My son is no longer here to do that ending the project... Kurt is an experienced designer with numerous boats built and in service, including many in charter service... Most of his small power cat designs would meet the OP needs quite nicely... There are dozens of custom boat builders across this country who would put one of Kurt's boats together for a customer quickly and economically, especially compared to the cost of a fiberglass boat...
