Understood Georgs, but even if you say  "posted strictly as FYI with no
endorsement  intended" that is still great free advertising for
catamarans.com to the members of this list.

The list is informative at times and I wish I could learn to write in a
non-commercial way. The other point of note is that most members only seem
to be interested in USA based action.

There is a huge difference, Geoff:

I have no vested interest in the dealership in question, and as I
noted, the item was "posted strictly as FYI with no endorsement
intended" as a point of information for readers headed to the big show
in Fort Lauderdale.

You, on the other hand, own and operate a commercial enterprise, Thai-
Kiwi Marine, and cannot use the List to solicit business for yourself.
No problem with having the name of the business and a link in your
signature, and in you participating in discussions in a non-commercial
sort of way.
