If you can generate bevel gears, then you should be able to make Curvic
couplings.
I've designed a meshing spherical gear which couples with an identical
partner at any angle. The upper surfaces couple together using a similar
approach to this hirth joint:

Mostly just a "I wonder what would happen if..." experiment at the
moment; I don't know of any practical application.
