This morning there was a flock of about 15 Rusty Blackbirds at Point Folly on Bantam Lake in Litchfield. The birds were in the shoreline scrub near the observation platform. They then flew across the bay; some were later seen and heard at Litchfield Town Beach. Greg Hanisek Waterbury
