Georgs, You're having one of those senior moments with which I am becoming all too familiar. I gave my reasons for buying a catamaran over a mono-hull in the first email. Simply put the reasons for choosing a catamaran are safety, comfort, efficiency and usable space per unit length. The 45-ft Voyager has comparable usable space of a 60-65 ft mono-hull with a price similar to a 45-ft mono-hull. Yes, construction is well underway.
