Audubon, Foothills Trail, Native Plant Society, Cascade Land Conservancy,
Sierra Club, Citizens for A Healthy Bay, Carbon River Corridor,
Chambers-Clover Watershed Council, Puget Creek Restoration Society, Student
Conservation Association, MetroParks and more, much more.
At the Engle Garden, 4011 Alameda Avenue, University Place south of
Fircrest.
Featuring: The displays by our friendly groups plus, licensed falconers with
their live birds, native plants for sale, Entertaining program including,
photo exhibit, special music, and Earth-friendly ideas for kids of all ages.
Children and grandchildren are MOST welcome. And don't forget how great the
food is at these events!
We Furnish: Mountaineer Coffee & punch. Beer and wine is BYO.
You Bring: A hot or cold entree, PLUS a salad or dessert;
PLUS your own TABLE SERVICE and a situpon.¹
No RSVP necessary. Rain does not cancel.

FROM I-5
4011 Alameda is about three miles from I-5 Take I-5 to Exit 130, signed
South 56th Street. Exit to go west on South 56th Street about two miles.
56th changes its name to Cirque Drive at Orchard Street, just keep pointing
west to the Roundabout at Cirque Drive and Alameda.
Turn right (north) onto Alameda and follow it one mile which is on your
right as you go north. Mailbox is green, front door is red.
If you go through the signal light at 40th (aka Emerson) you¹ve passed the
house.
This route is on major feeder arterials, well signed.
FROM SR 16
4011 Alameda is about four miles from The Narrows Bridge. Take the first
exit on the Tacoma side of the Narrows Bridge, signed Jackson(Bridgeport).
Go south on Jackson. Jackson becomes Bridgeport at University Place City
Limits. Stay on Bridgeport to 40th Street. Turn left (east) onto 40th.
Go east on 40th (a.k.a. Emerson Street in Fircrest) TO ALAMEDA. It¹s 1
MILE, THE SECOND STOP LIGHT from Bridgeport. Turn right onto Alameda and
4011 is the first house on the left.
This route is on major feeder arterials, well signed, and each turn is at a
traffic light.
