Dear Homeowners, The Vuecrest Annual Meeting is next week (Tuesday 11/29). On Saturday night, you should have received an email from our property management company (PropVIVO) that contains an attachment that you should read. This attachment contains: * A link to watch and participate in the online meeting (via Zoom) * The meeting agenda * The 2021, 2022, and proposed 2023 budgets * Biographies of candidates for the open seats on the Vuecrest Board of Directors * A copy of the ballot, along with instructions on how to submit it * A proxy form (described below) * Minutes of the 2021 Vuecrest Annual Meeting A copy of this packet is also being sent to the address of record for each Vuecrest property. For your convenience, I have also attached it to this email. The proxy form is used to communicate your intentions for the Annual Meeting if you are NOT planning to attend. By checking the “Limited Powers” box, you can be counted in the quorum. When choosing Limited Powers, feel free to nominate me (Lot 8-4). The Vuecrest bylaws require that we have at least 25% of properties represented either in person or by proxy. For your convenience, a copy of the proxy has also been sent by email via DocuSign for electronic signature. But I hope you can participate in the live online session.
