Good evening, all, A member represents a department of public health that seeks to update its dress code policy for nurses. This member would like to know if anyone has assisted their client in drafting, or amending, a dress code policy with inclusive language and accommodations for religious dress that is consistent with Title VII and other discrimination laws. They would be interested in reviewing other cities' updated policy or hearing about their experiences with updating the dress code.
