Release v3.2.1

Heads up that Release v3.2.1 is nearly complete. Thanks to the Berkeley
folks for their contributions, all of which are listed on the Release page:

The engineers are working on tracking down a few wily bugs, but development
work should be complete by early next week. We'll then move into a short QA
cycle; I'll send a note to the talk list asking for assistance once the
task page is up.

Version 3.2.2 of CollectionSpace has been released.

This minor release is focused on improving the performance of
autosuggesting authority terms while you type into autocomplete
fields, particularly on very large systems.
