Letter from the New HOA President

Dear Fellow Vuecrest Homeowners,

Welcome to 2023!! I am honored to serve you and our community as your new HOA President. It is with great delight that I take on this role. I would love to have the opportunity to get to know each and every one of you!  I want to assure you, your opinions and feedback do matter. As we embark on this New Year together,  my only ask is that you please get involved. We need to hear from all our community and cannot create harmony unless we all work together!

The foundation of my success in life has come from building long last relationships. I do care and want to be here to help in any capacity.

Lastly, a sincere  “Thank You” to Chris Bodiford who has graciously served our community for the last 4 years as President. We are thankful for your continued dedication as you remain on the board as a Director.

I look forward to hearing from you and cheers to the New Year.

Sincerely,

Neda Perrina

In Your Service: Vuecrest Leadership for 2023

Here are the names of the decision makers for the Vuecrest Community. There are six principles with two retiring and two newly elected by the community each year. Each work a three year term. These are the people who are entrusted to uphold our By Laws and CC&R’s. You can reach them by email at directors@vuecrest.net mailto:directors@vuecrest.net.

	Chris Bodiford (2023)

	Carlos de Torres (2023)

	Neda Perrina (2024)

	Stevie Bathiche (2024)

	Rob DeRider (2025)

	Jonathan Kagle (2025)

Here are the names of this year’s Vuecrest officers. They are nominated by the Directors each year and hold a one year term. These are the people that keep the structure in place to operate the community in an orderly manner. You can reach them by email as follows:

President Neda Perrina president@vuecrest.net <mailto:president@vuecrest.net>
Vice President Jonathan Kagle vicepresident@vuecrest.net <mailto:vicepresident@vuecrest.net>

Secretary Lea Sorgen secretary@vuecrest.net <mailto:secretary@vuecrest.net>
Treasurer Steve Bathiche treasurer@vuecrest.net <mailto:treasurer@vuecrest.net>

Here are the names of this year’s Vuecrest Committee Chairs. They are appointed by the President as they volunteer or make themselves available. These volunteer workhorses are the people who take on specialized tasks to allow the community to function. As you may notice, there are a couple of openings that need you to fill the gap. We also need people to simply assist on each committee. Volunteering here is fun. It’s a good way to see how your community works, an easy way make some neighborhood friends and no long term commitment is necessary.

Thank you for Your Years of Service

It’s not easy to be the volunteer person at the top. There’s always a few more critics than cheerleaders, but it must be noted that as Chris Bodiford steps down from the office of President after serving for the past four years we have a boatload of progress to be thankful for. Rarely, have we seen so much accomplished by a single President. He really put his time and heart into serving our community. Protecting our community as the neighborhood evolves, our city grows, and technology advances is no easy task. You must have a President who isn’t afraid to jump right into the workload and Chris did just that. He proved himself extremely dedicated and capable. Kind of like the Queen Mum, he just kept calm and carried on. So, if you see him, be sure to offer a handshake, hug, or atta-boy! He deserves our gratitude.
