The film competition is a FREE event in conjunction with the Hilltop Street Fair located between S. 9th/MLK and S. 13th /MLK. The film competition will be held at the Community Health Care - Hilltop clinic in the Community Room. Located right in the heart of the Hilltop Street Fair at: 1202 M.L.K. Jr Way, Tacoma, WA 98405 Amateur to experienced filmmakers of all ages are encouraged to participate for FREE!
