I received an email from my credit card company (allegedly) that warned me of a Chinese hacker attack and instructed me to click on a link that they supplied. I did not. Never click on these things. This is a scam. The reason I am alerting you all is that the email address had a {MAMS} embedded in the address.
I fear that someone on this list may have been hacked. I am not smart enough to figure it out. I have deleted the email and then deleted it from my “deleted” mail box. Before I did that I called the credit card company and they instructed me to forward the offending email to their security department. I trust they will deal with it appropriately.
Good luck all.
