This is the only nutrition except for water that I used in my last two marathons (including Gatorthon) and for last year's Challenge AC 112 mile and Eagleman 56 mile bike rides... No gels, solid foods, or even mustard packets (I still do use these for most training). Not sure if you will have as positive results as I've had (nutrition was always a problem for me in long races), but you may want to give it a shot if you have any nutritional issues on 2+ hour workouts or events. PS - They do seem to have discounts on a regular basis (almost as frequently as Xterra wetsuits), so if you miss this one there will probably be another one in the next couple of months.
