Pierce College Puyallup Gallery is pleased to announce the exhibition, Life with Birds by artist Madison Erin Mayfield

Meet the artist and enjoy refreshments at the opening reception, on January 4th from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at the Pierce College Gallery located in the Arts and Allied Health (AAH) building on the Puyallup campus.

The exhibit opens on January 4th and runs to February 14th. Madison Mayfield is a natural history artist, taxidermist, and museum professional based in Seattle, WA. Her past and current work in natural history museums directs her artistic practice, focusing on birds as specimens in her drawings, paintings, and sculptures. A trained scientific illustrator, Madison also creates work for clients wishing to communicate science through visuals and is passionate about using art to inspire a love of the natural world.

The gallery is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
