Our city has a "hotel/motel" tax currently in effect. Focusing on Air BnB-style facilities, how have other cities dealt with tax collection from those short-term stays, one, and two, which the question may answer itself, we also have brand new resolution to allow OTC to act as the collection agent for those taxes. Anyone have experience with these issues? Thank you.
