Hello!

I have 2 servers for test Fedora 28 and Centos 7. I compiled pjsip 2.8 on
both of it and installed.
Library working well on both of it but with small difference,
initialization process on Fedora takes about 4-5 seconds however on Centos
7 it takes about 1 second before my program will be able to make first
call. I mean following part of code ep.libStart();
Perhaps do you know what's problem in?
