Greetings from Nogales, Arizona! Apparently all it took was for me to get out of town to motivate Congress to cut a deal on appropriations. All 12 bills. CEF thought this morning it still likely the bills will be packaged into two omnibus bills, with no amendments allowed. Anyway looks like it’s going to get done.
