Many of us in Limestone Ranch have used Ron Renouf for inspection and/or repairs of the irrigation backflow valve. However, he has been unresponsive lately in our attempts to reach him. Hope all is okay with him. Any other recommendations from our community for someone who works with the backflow valve? Thank you, Tom C.

You have to keep calling him. I found his number on our LSR Vendor list and just about gave up speaking to him because he was not responding. However, I did finally try one last time and he came with his wife to our door. I asked him if he was still in business as I didn't hear from him. He explained in great detail that he has a memory loss issue resulting from a fall he had at home. His short term memory is really bad therefore, he relies on his wife reminding him his appointments, where he left off with each customer and so forth. After this explanation, he proceeded to change out our back flow appliance. The quote he gave me for replacing the appliance was reasonable and in the same range as my first quote from someone else. I'm glad I stuck with him but it was by chance I did as I usually just find someone else if I don't hear back.
