My take on that "cat" is definitely a house boat, which might make a good
live aboard in sheltered water, but like most house boats they are built
like a house trailer and are not very durable, particularly the interior
finishes.
That Carri Craft aspires to be saltier than it is. Virtually nothing
about the interior is appropriate for a vessel in motion, while
exterior deck space appears to be very limited. That forward deckhouse
door (next to the helm) would be insecure when motoring to weather. I
have to say those engine compartments look clean, but access to the
mains appears tight. This is strictly an inland waters boat.

Darn It! : )
I am slightly claustrophobic so it looked like a great way to seek
adventure.
Thanks for confirming what I instinctively knew.
So I guess it's back to shopping cats, Hatts and defevers.
